CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made up until September 12, 2025, will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after September 12, 2025, and the full registration fee will be payable. Cancellations for certain circumstances beyond your control are at the discretion of the Navy League. Cancellations and any name change requests must be submitted in writing to navyball@navyleague.org.

Please note: a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Once paid, tickets for the U.S. Navy Birthday Ball are non-refundable. If a registrant has extenuating circumstances such as a deployment or relocation, or other similar issues that would keep you from attending please inform the Navy League as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the situation. Sale or transfer of Navy Ball tickets is not permitted. Ticket holders will need to provide photo identification to the U.S. Navy Birthday Ball at check-in and tickets must be linked to the names provided to the Navy League at time of purchase. All table sales are final. The Navy League does not disclose credit card account information provided by its members and customers. When members and customers choose to pay online for goods and services offered by the Navy League using their credit cards, the Navy League does, however, submit the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse. When credit card information is collected and transferred, we use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
